International Traveller Security Advisory

American Airlines has announced that it will require all passengers to have
their Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD) on file 72 hours prior to departure as of November 1st, 2010. You will be unable to travel otherwise . It is expected that all airlines will require this data within the next 12 months, for international travel, to comply with TSA regulations. Contact your airline for specific details.

FOR ATA CARNET USERS: A friendly reminder to...

Record your CIB User ID and Password. In addition to using them for applications, you can check back to see your Account History.

Keep track of your carnet as it circles the globe so it is less likely to get lost.

Make note of the periodic e-mail messages we send you. They may include important info about your carnet as it approaches expiration.

Return the carnet to us as soon as you no longer need it. Lost carnets are the biggest indicator of a potential claim.

Be familiar with  the benefits of any add-on services you purchased: Lost, Stolen & Destroyed Carnet Warranties, Carnet Cargo Insurance and Travel Insurance. Those benefits may help you out of a jam!

If you need help , contact a Carnet Specialist on the CIB Carnet HelpLineĀ®  (800) ATA-2900 / (800)282-2900.
