First-Time Application Guide


For the easiest way to apply:

  • Set-up an account online or request a Login ID and Password from an ATA Carnet Customer Service and Sales Representative at 800.282.2900.
  • See the Application Checklist for help prior to starting the application.
  • You will be asked for payment information toward the end of the application however you will not be billed until the carnet is issued.
  • There are many opportunities to make changes and select or decline additional services even after your application is submitted.
  • An e-mail confirmation is sent once you have submitted the application and a Carnet Specialist will contact you shortly.
  • Login to begin your application.
