Corporation for International Business is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kernow Capital Corporation (Kernow). It is one of several Kernow companies specializing in ATA Carnets and U.S. and foreign customs duty guarantees including U.S. carnet bonds and U.S. customs bonds. Kernow also owns a specialty marine cargo insurance brokerage, Wyvern International Insurance Brokers, Inc.
Kernow is a privately-held company under the management of Curt E.H. Wilson, Bruce A. Wilson, Leslie Levy August and Michael L. Host. It is 100% American-owned and operated and all of its services are provided by U.S. workers. KCC/CIB affiliated companies include Trade Risk Guaranty, Wyvern International Insurance Brokers, Vectura Underwriting.
