Corporation for International Business is a privately held company under the management of Curt E.H. Wilson, Bruce A. Wilson, Leslie Levy August and Michael L. Host. Boomerang Freight Solutions is a branded ATA Carnet service provided by Corporation for International Business (CIB). CIB's only business is ATA Carnets and their ancillary services, most importantly ATA Carnet surety bonds.
CIB is one of two appointed ATA Carnet service providers of the United States Council for International Business (USCIB). USCIB is the sole national guaranteeing association for ATA Carnets in the U.S.
The carnet bonds provided by CIB for their ATA Carnet clients are underwritten by Lloyd's of London, the oldest and largest insurance market in the world.
