Carnet for Jewelry to Italy
ITALY REQUIRES BLUE TRANSIT CERTIFICATES FOR JEWELRY
The Italian guaranteeing association advised that transit certificates are required for all jewelry carnets. These transit certificates will be issued at the time the carnet application is submitted.
