Dubai Airshow 2011

For the first time, exhibitors to the Dubai Airshow 2011 may use an ATA Carnet to import their exhibit equipment and merchandise for the event. The U.A.E. became a member of the carnet system earlier this year (see Advisory).

Carnet applicants traveling for the first time on a carnet to Dubai will be assigned a Carnet Specialist to ensure hassle-free use of the carnet into this new addition to the carnet system. We call this our "virtual carnet concierge service" and it is useful for companies travelling to new carnet countries since procedures may not be fully understood in the early months of a new country's entry into the system.
