Responsible for overseeing all aspects of CIB’s carnet operations, Mr. Wilson implemented the transition from a claims handling company to a major U.S. carnet issuing office. Under his management the surety operations of CIB have grown from zero in 1988 to US$150,000,000 of bond penalty amount in 2005.

In addition to day-to-day carnet and customs bond claims; Mr. Wilson managed a $100,000,000 claims clean-up project due to the improper importation of gray-market automobiles.

Assisted in the sales of carnets, marine insurance and customs bonds. Also assisted in the underwriting of customs and carnet bonds.
