Meet Kristen

Kristen Brandt is our recently promoted Claims Manager and has been with the company for over five years. She enjoys hearing about the odd things that happened to the items on the ATA Carnets when she gets a notice, such as “camera was taken by a shark.” Kristen grew up in Owosso, Michigan and spends her free time working in her yard. Green is her color of choice. She won’t turn down a dinner invitation if it includes lasagna and her mom’s pistachio cake. Country music is her musical genre of choice and although her favorite song changes from time to time, “From Where I’m Standing” by Curtis Kelley ranks as her current number one. Crime mysteries take up her reading time and her movie favorites are Grease, P.S. I Love You, and Armageddon.

What can Kristen do for you? “I think of myself as the Claims Warrior each time I receive, review and close a carnet. Claims are sent by foreign countries to customers. I work with warrior strength to gather the re-exportation evidence that is needed to conquer claims and save our clients and surety lots of money.”
