A4 CARNETS: NO MORE YELLOW VOUCHERS
Effective December 18th 2004 US Carnet Service Providers will no longer be issuing the yellow voucher portion of the certificate. U.S. Customs no longer utilizes the yellow voucher so it has been eliminated concurrent with the implementation of the new A4 Carnet Form. The carnet will continue to include the yellow counterfoil portion of the certificate.
