CIB ATA CARNET ADVISORY
ITALY REQUIRES BLUE TRANSIT CERTIFICATE TO TRAVEL TO INTERIOR ITALIAN PORTS FOR EXHIBITIONS & FAIRS
Effective May 9, 2005, the Italian guaranteeing association advised USCIB and its Service Providers that transit certificates are required for all Exhibitions and Fairs carnets traveling to interior ports. Once the merchandise/equipment has arrived at the interior port, the blue transit certificate will be closed out and a white importation voucher will be opened.
